The founder served for 27 years in the British military, including 18 years at the heart of one of the most elite units in the world. He held senior leadership roles in some of the most demanding environments imaginable. Alongside his operational experience, he has built a strong academic foundation with an MSc in High-Risk Operations & Governance and an MBA from Warwick Business School. Drawing on both practical and academic expertise, he founded Paradox and launched PDX22 to bring the principles of elite military performance into the commercial world. PDX22 exists to unlock value and performance through advanced leadership, optimised decision-making, superior talent selection and development.
Paradox is the core company name; it represents our philosophy and business mission for its inherent alignment with the complexities and contradictions faced by today's leaders. Our approach helps organisations navigate paradoxes, such as balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic vision.
PDX22 is the delivery function of Paradox. The “22” roots it in the elite standard of the founder's heritage. Together, Paradox is how we think. PDX22 is how we win.
